Beautiful full-page frontispiece by Goodhue, "The Cathedral and the City of Chartes from the River Evre", along with a 19-line opening initial in red. Green paper over boards, with paper spine label intact. Measures approx. 7.75" x 11". A small chip to bottom of spine.
