This 4 page article is illustrated with a drawing of the author's historic home and The Mill-at-Marlborough, "the only paper mill on the American continent making hand-made paper is found." Paper wrappers with black lettering, which Hunter has noted as a "(Marked copy)". Measures approx. 5.25" x 7.5". Some light marking to wrappers, slight edgewear, rusting to staples at spine.
