Hubbard, Elbert. The Man of Sorrows. East Aurora, NY: The Roycrofters, 1906. Limited to 200 copies on Japan Vellum, of which this is #94, and signed in Hubbard's name. Hand-colored title page, opening initial, and colophon ornament. Bound in 3/4 russet brown morocco by the Roycroft bindery with floral gilt decoration to four of six spine compartments, and title and author to second and third compartments. Light brown mottled paper to covers & used as endpapers. Top edge gilt. Measures approx. 5.25" x 8”. Housed in original felt-lined clamshell case (worn).
