[Bruce Rogers | Privately Printed | Hand Colored] Stained Glass: Its Origin and Application

Thomas, Roy Grosvenor. Stained Glass: Its Origin & Application. Privately printed, 1922. [Designed by Bruce Rogers.] A presentation copy from the author, with compliments sheet loosely inserted. Grey paper-covered boards with paper label to front cover. Printed in black and red on handmade Hammer & Anvil paper. The small stained glass-inspired ornaments and initials have been hand-colored in green, yellow, red, and blue watercolors--very much befitting the subject matter. Measures approx. 6" x 9". Light wear at spine tips. Warde 106.

A scarce Bruce Rogers item, and a unique hand colored copy.
