A rarely encountered Copeland & Day imprint with striking Goodhue decorations

Day and their friends at Christmas MDCCCXCV the printing having been done at the University Press in Cambridge Massachusetts.” Engraved double title page and multiple initials designed by Goodhue. Bookplate of Helena Rowe Fuller. Measures approx. 4.75" x 6.5". Light chipping and browning to edges of wrappers. Crease to corner of rear cover. Split at spine repaired.
