Bound in full dark brown crushed morocco by Bayntun for Brentano's of New York, with a Celtic-knot inspired border to the covers, with gilt borders outlining a carbon-tooled intertwining design. Five bands to spine, with title and author to second and fourth compartments, and carbon and gilt border to remaining compartments. Gilt and carbon-ruled turn-ins. Light green and lavender mottled endpapers. All edges gilt. Measures approx. 5.75" x 8.5". Some light edgewear, spine slightly darkened. Crease to front endpaper. A lovely example.
