Bound in royal blue crushed morocco with a fascinating Arts & Craft design, with title and author lettered in gilt to the center cover, surrounded by an inlaid green border, with a small gilt wreath of inlaid white flowers nestled in the top and bottom. This border is then flanked by intertwining serpentine vines and gilt flowers sprouting from the top, bottom, and sides. The design is squared off at each corner by a geometric pattern of small 1/4" squares. Gilt-ruled spine compartments, but no lettering. Full morocco doublures in blue and green with a gilt central ornament on the front doublure reading "C I". Green morocco flyleaves. Measures approx. 5.75" x 8". Slight fading to spine and some light foxing to pages.
